Over the last 15 years GD has been working in various blues outfits around Sydney, plus playing in blues festivals up and down the east coast. He has recently teamed up with blues legends Ron & Jeff King from the Foreday Riders for a new venture in acoustic blues- GD & The King Bros.

GD has now also branched out into solo work, performing his carefully crafted originals along with traditional blues, having released 4 albums of predominantly original work with three different out fits – Doggn It, The Throwbacks and 12 Bar Dudes.

GD won the Sydney Blues Society performer of the year in 2012 and was a semi finalist at the International Blues comp in Memphis on 2013 with duo outfit, Doggn It.
